As part of a community park redevelopment program promoted by the Logan City Council, Pensar construction were awarded the principle contract which included a number of improvements including the largest part of the program, the super structure which is the dressage arena and roof cover. Pensar quickly engaged the support of XXL SHEDS™ to design, engineer and supply the building, as they offered the best and most efficient design that met the architects brief and tender requirements.

Both Pensar Constructions and the Logan City Council are wrapped with the end result! A superb structure that is both architecturally pleasing and a very efficiently designed. The brief also called for round concrete piers that are raised 100mm above ground level which were one of many non-negotiable requirements that XXL SHEDS™ handled in a professional and innovative manner. The structure incorporates back to back C400 galvanised columns and rafters including knee braces and rod bracing which is covered from external view by the colorbond corrugated side skirts, a very efficient design again highlighting the capabilities of XXL SHEDS™ to meet a clients design brief and budget.
